So we are on day two of recycle week and our pledge to eat leftovers for lunch.
I have kind have interpreted that to mean 'waste less food', so I have:
Given our spare cake to our neighbours (yes there really is such a thing as spare cake)
And turned pesky left-over pots into lunch fit for two princesses
So far so good.

I've been eating up the leftovers in my freezer all week - hope that counts! Sadly none looked as nice as your cake.
