I was pregnant, now I'm a parent and it still comes as a surprise. So here I am a single mum.
So good infact that, on my return to mummydom yesterday afternoon, I invented a whole load of new games that involved me being horizontal.
Just stumbled across your blog and think it's great. I know what you mean about motherhood taking you by surprise. My son's 3 now and I still don't feel like a 'real mummy'. I'm just a woman with a kid.
